By accessing or using Built to Last System, including all websites, products, programs, content, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and my Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use my platform.

All content provided by Built to Last System is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See my full Disclaimer for details. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and will consult qualified healthcare professionals as appropriate.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. I reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased digital content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce my content without explicit written permission. Access to purchased content is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, refunds are not offered once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact me at support.builttolast@gmail.com and I will work to resolve it. Chargebacks filed against valid purchases will be disputed.

The Built to Last Mentorship program is educational coaching only. I am not a licensed medical professional and do not provide medical advice. Coaching is focused on habit education, accountability, and lifestyle frameworks. Application to the program does not guarantee acceptance. Accepted participants are bound by a separate coaching agreement.

You may not: use my platform for any unlawful purpose; scrape, copy, or reproduce my content without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or my systems; use my platform to distribute spam or malware; misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

All content on Built to Last System, including guides, courses, videos, graphics, copy, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Built to Last System and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built to Last System and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of my platform or content. My total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
