By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and will consult qualified healthcare professionals as appropriate.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased digital content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce our content without explicit written permission. Access to purchased content is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction period on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days or if a significant portion of the course content has been consumed. Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; no refund is provided for the current billing period.

The Built to Last Mentorship program is educational coaching only. Our coaches are not licensed medical professionals and do not provide medical advice. Coaching is focused on habit education, accountability, and lifestyle frameworks. Application to the program does not guarantee acceptance. Accepted participants are bound by a separate coaching agreement.

You may not: use our platform for any unlawful purpose; scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems; use our platform to distribute spam or malware; misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

All content on Built to Last System — including guides, courses, videos, graphics, copy, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Built to Last System and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built to Last System and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
